Hi, I’m Heather Bennett, a Physiotherapist based in Glasgow with over 12 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and live life pain-free. Whether you’re an elite athlete, weekend warrior, or just tired of that nagging back pain, I’m here to help you get back to doing what you love — and doing it well.
I specialise in treating sports injuries, aches, sprains, strains, and long-term pain related to illness or disease. My approach blends expert physiotherapy with personalised strength and conditioning, so you not only recover but come back stronger than before. You’ll leave each session with a clear plan, renewed confidence, and full access to state-of-the-art gym equipment — plus, a little more time than the average physio session, because I believe quality care shouldn't be rushed.
My background includes working with the Scottish Football Association and Motherwell Football Club, as well as supporting athletes in Rugby and Gymnastics from grassroots to Olympic level. I hold a Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, a Diploma in Football Medicine, and have advanced training in yoga, Pilates, acupuncture, Animal Flow, and strength and conditioning.
I’ve been immersed in sport all my life, and I know how frustrating injury or chronic pain can be — not just physically, but emotionally too. That’s why my sessions are designed to be relaxed, friendly, and empowering. Whether you're aiming for a marathon or just want to keep up with your kids, I’ll help you build the strength, confidence, and resilience to live your fullest, healthiest life.
Let’s get you moving better and feeling your best — not just for now, but for life.
