Heather is a Physiotherapist based in Glasgow with over 12 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and live life pain-free. She specialises in treating sports injuries, everyday aches, sprains, and long term conditions, combining expert physiotherapy with personalised strength and conditioning.
Her career has taken her from working with the Scottish Football Association and Motherwell FC to supporting athletes in rugby and gymnastics, from grassroots right through to Olympic level. Along the way, she has earned a Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, a Diploma in Football Medicine, and advanced training in yoga, Pilates, acupuncture, Animal Flow, and strength and conditioning.
What makes Heather’s sessions unique is the time and care she gives to every individual. You’ll leave not only with a clear plan but also the confidence and tools to keep progressing — whether that means returning to sport, staying active, or simply moving through daily life with more ease.
Outside the clinic, Heather loves scuba diving, snorkelling, and playing Pickleball, as well as travelling and spending time with friends. She once travelled South America for six months, living with local families along the way — an adventure that reflects her curiosity, warmth, and love of connecting with people. Whether you’re managing an injury, building strength, or just want to feel your best, Heather’s approachable style makes every session supportive and encouraging.
